As a competitor, coach, and instructor of Martial Arts & Fitness with over 20 years of experience, CC will tailor the right exercise program that works for you. As a certified fitness/personal trainer & licensed martial arts instructor, CC has trained anyone from high school athletes, to the dad looking to upgrade his dad bod, to military and law enforcement professionals wanting to perform at top physical limits.
